American Constitutional Law

This course surveys development of American constitutional law from a political and historical perspective using case-analysis approach. Includes the courts and judicial review, authority of Congress in fields of commerce and taxation, Eminent Domain, authority of the President and federal-state relations. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101 with a minimum grade of C.
